I understand curfew in Orleans Parish is 9 pm on weekdays, Monday thru Thursday. Since school has started this week, my 16-year-old son has started soccer practice at Marconi Meadow. Practice is from 7:30 pm until 9 pm. I have informed the coach that practice should end a little earlier than 9 pm to allow the kids to return home in time for curfew but knowing how time passes quickly during sessions , I am nervous that my son will be released after curfew. Is there some type of permission slip that could be issued to the kids who are driving home so that they aren't in violation on the Monday and Thursday practice nights?? All the boys with licenses, that are providing their own transportaion, are being told to go directly home, due to curfew. This is posing somewhat of a dilemma. Any suggestions?

If they are under the care of adult supervison, there will not be a prob.
