MY Street lights are still out!!! I have called and made appointments with Entergy 7, yes, SEVEN times over the last 3 months, to come out and fix the street lights on the 6400 block of Louisville. They set a date and time and nothing happens. They've even told me to mark the ones that are out. Ive done that. I dont even know if they ever show up. I'm now living back in my house and the street is pitch black at night. Ive even asked to talk with a supervisor. Ive been told they will call me back. NOTHING!!! Please help!! What else can i do??? We need to make the streets safe!!

When a street light is out on my block.
We had called Entergy and they told us to call the city.

Entergy had given us the number.
(which I unfortunaly don't have at this time)
but you can
Call entergy at this number 1-800-368-3749.
Ask for the number for the city to come fix the lights.
The city usually responds in a pretty decent time matter.
