I am selling my house at 810 Louque Place due to a myriad of equally
depressing factors. I have been awarded a decent amount of money from
the LRA. A good amount relative to renovation, but not enough for me
to use as a buy-out. Can I transfer the award to a buyer? If so, it
would make it much easier to sell and it could possibly open the way
for a neighbor to purchase the property.

So, now you must decide, sell to the LRA (who knows what happens to the property then), or, hopefully sell your house for MORE than the LRA was going to give you, to someone who will rebuild it and live in it. I'm guessing some bunch of snake in the grass developers will get all the houses bought by the LRA.

Eightfeet,

I'd be very interested in what you find out.

We have a house on General Diaz and also have a Residential Construction company with offices located in the Smith Lupo building on Robert E. Lee across from Mt. Carmel HS.

I'm trying to learn everything I can about Lakeview, about the processes and about how things are moving forward. I also want to meet as many people as I can in and around Lakeview and to learn all that I can about each property in Lakeview.

I am also associated with investors and people interested in helping to rebuild Lakeview.

Can you tell me more about your property and what you've learned?

Regards,
Chandler S. Tullis
