I have put my home at 810 Louque Place for sale. Louque is a two block street that ends at Lakeview Playground. Neighbors on both sides are back and within 6 months about 20 of the 25 houses on the street will be renovated with the majority of those occupied. The street is without question one of the most revitalized in Lakeview. The House is a 1400 s.f. raised cottage that has been gutted to the floor joists. The structure is sound. It is great little street with great neighbors but for a myriad of professional, personal and financial reasons I cannot rebuild at this time. Allstate and the SBA are making it too hard to hold on to as is any longer. Link to listing:
