The house is a raised Lakeview cottage for sale on a quiet street. The house is approximately 1300 square feet. It is a 3 BR/1 BA as well as a formal dining room. There are wood floors throughout the entire house (except in the bathroom), and they may be salvageable. A raised wooden deck is also attached to the rear of the house. Neighbors on either side and across the street are returning. Seller will transfer all ICC and LRA rights over to the buyer. The address is 219 Porteous St. (near Milne and Filmore). Asking 105,000.
