(SACRAMENTO, CALIFORINA)--Lean On Me Inc. will be making a return trip to the New Orleans area on November 22, 2006 to provide much needed assistance with disaster relief. Volunteers will be giving out basic necessities to the residents that have been hardest hit by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma

Lean On Me, Inc. is a non profit 501(c) 3 organization that provides transitional housing for homeless families and helps displaced families get permanent housing. With the onset of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma, we have been also helping in the relief effort. As of now, Lean On Me, Inc. is one of the few non-profit organizations that are still helping those that were affected by the hurricanes. The goal of Lean On Me, Inc. is to bring basic necessities, needed supplies and help so that the residents of New Orleans and surrounding areas can get back to their everyday lives.

Donations will consist of basic necessities, such as furniture, clothing (all sizes, men, women and children), shoes, baby items and supplies, personal items such as deodorant, soap and lotion, home furnishings such as bath towels, sheets (all sizes), blankets, kitchen appliances (small and large), pots and pans, plates and utensils and much more.

Lean On Me, Inc. met their goal with their last trip to Lousiana in that they were able to help over 200 people with furniture, clothing, household goods, etc. The goal for this trip is to help even more, especially during the Thanksgiving season.
