Is there a Block Captain for the 6500 Block of Milne. If so can you please tell me if there are any notices on 6568 Milne Blvd. The house was gutted but not boarded. Can anyone give me a quote for boarding up 6568 Milne Blvd. and if so I would like pictures of before and after. Thanks.

Nicki, describe your home, I drive through almost everyday when I leave my office to be sure my property on Wuerpe doesnt have trash dumped on it! I drove through today, but couldnt see an address on the home that was probably yours.

Hi Tina,

My home is located on Milne Blvd Between Smith and Porteus. It's a reddish Brick front and on the left side (if you are heading towards Harrison Ave.) is a white wooden frame house. I've been trying very unsuccessfully to get the yard cut and house boarded. It was gutted last month. This is my parents house who are in thier upper 70s and are in Maryland.

We've used Maintain Lakeview in the past but they have since been unresponsive over the last three months. They did an excellent job when they did cut the grass but again no follow-up. Thanks Tina.

I have let my block capt. know that we have a demo permit and are now waiting on company for date. Meanwhile, I worry that I may have a yellow note on the house, as it waits to be torn down. Will the city check permits before posting these notices? Or can anyone who drives by 6059 Canal Blvd check for me? I've asked the same of my block capt but have yet to get a response. Thanks!

Our block capt has emailed saying he'd go by the property. But still curious to know if anyone else is in the same limbo as us, received permit but awaiting demo and now past the gutting date. How will they (City Hall) know who deserves the yellow notice or not?
