RENOVATORS’ HAPPY HOUR

Join Preservation Resource Center’s Operation Comeback in Lakeview at a storm-damaged cottage in the process of being repaired and expanded after it was flooded with several feet of water. Unsure at first of whether to repair the 1940s home or sell it, renovators Coleman and Cindy Warner decided they wanted to stay in the neighborhood they love. Operation Comeback staff and the Warners will be on hand to explain the project and entertain questions. Plans by Volume Zero, a local architectural firm will be on display. Refreshments - including wine - will be served.

**Attendance at this event will satisfy one of two required outside-of-classroom educational experiences necessary to achieve designation as a Preservation Resource Center Historic House Specialist.**

5:30 p.m. , refreshments and self guided tour; 6:00 p.m., presentation by the homeowner and Operation Comeback staff (followed by Q & A)
