The price range for typical "skilled Gutting" are from $3000.00-$6000.00.

Mold treatments can range from $850.00-$15,000.00 based on procedures/products used. They may or may not use the services of a third party mold tester. For the purposes of satisfying local agencys/gov.
a lesser mold treatment will usually suffice. This includes wire brushing of all solid surfaces to remove colonies of mold, application of Citra-Quat, Microban or Sporacidin, then hand wiping down all exposed surfaces by hand. Some areas will need to be retreated after 1 week and is usually included in the initial costs. More expensive treatment options include fogging, tenting, soda or dry ice blasting and the use of HEPA vacs.
