Great Mid-city location Banks Street, near I-10. Safe and quite with good neighbors. Lakeview residents in the same building and next door. Central air and heat, dishwasher, coin op washer and dryer, water paid.

I am actually renting next door. We are waiting to go back to our home on Vicksburg. I am looking for a good neighbor.

NO PETS / NO SMOKING
