This is an FDIC insured 4.25% rate account, with no min. balance and no tranfer fees.
It takes about 1-2 weeks to set it up because of security issues they mail you a passcode etc...
And here is a calculator that will help you see how much it will return (use 365 for how many times it is compounded at 4.25%)
