Dear Neighbors, my name is Perry Booth. I am a New Orleans native. I graduated from Holy Cross High School, U.N.O. and Loyola Law School. I was a Lakeview resident until last summer when the view became too good.
I am a member of Historic Housing Concepts, L.L.C. which specializes in modular construction. These homes are not to be confused with manufactured or pre-fab housing. These homes are constructed in a state of the art, climate controlled facility. They are permanent structures built on raised pier foundations. They are made with substantially more material than traditional stick built homes for a reduced price in a fraction of the time. We offer a variety of floor plans that are customizable that include: high ceilings, wood floors, granite countertops, whirlpool tubs, etc.
I would be happy to work with you in designing a new home or answering any questions you may have about the industry. Please contact me at

Do you have a website that shows what kind of modular homes/ examples your company does?

We do SIPs and Modulars and would be happy to discuss with you or with anyone who's interested. We live in Lakeview on General Diaz. We do have plans and samples we can show.
