Any leads on who this group is and how we can keep them out of Lakeview and New Orleans?

I am aware of the graffiti going on in the Lakeview area. I have been in contact with the New Orleans Police Criminal Intelligence Unit who is also working with the FBI gang task force. I was advsied that they do not have any intelligence on this guy or group at this time. With that said I am working on the few leads that we have. I will advise as more information becomes available.
