We've been waiting for several months for our Damage Assessment Report and have recently resolved the issue and want to share so that others can obtain their reports also. In our particular situation, we own a townhouse--the adjoining townhouse had a report, but ours didn't so we assumed that was the issue after talking with Mike Centennio from Safety & Permits. But the real problem is a data entry error. Here is what we did to resolve.

1. Armed with pictures we went to City Hall / Safety & Permits & explained the situation. The inspector took all the info and told us it would be resolved within 2 business days. SURPRISE...it wasn't.

2. Emailed Safety & Permits and got no response.

3. Found email address for

and he resolved the issue within days. My suggestion is try him first.
