A contractor built it and lived in it then before the storm he decided to move to the north shore.

We have a 2 sty brick house at 6057 Memphis St. for sale. Damage assessment from the city is 31.24%. The top floor has hardwood floors throughout. No damage upstairs. First floor has been cleaned out but not gutted yet. The house appraised for $255,000 in July of 2005.
